Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and No-Show Policy To ensure efficient scheduling and mutual respect for time, please review the policy: Deposits All deposits are non-refundable. However, with at least 48 hours’ notice, you may reschedule, and your deposit will transfer to the new appointment. Late Cancellations Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a charge of 100% of the service cost. No-Shows Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost. Late Arrivals Arriving late may shorten your session to accommodate subsequent clients. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be considered a no-show, and the full service fee will apply.
